All financial transactions on jl19 — including deposits to and withdrawals from your jl19 Wallet — are subject to the following terms:
4.1 Deposits. jl19 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your jl19 Wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. jl19 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or bank network issues.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by jl19's finance team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are processed within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays.
4.3 KYC Verification. jl19 reserves the right to require Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID, or UMID). jl19 may delay withdrawal processing until KYC requirements are satisfied.
4.4 Player Funds. Funds deposited to jl19 are held in trust for players in a segregated account. These funds are not used for jl19's operational expenses and are returned to players upon legitimate withdrawal request.
4.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. You may only fund your jl19 account using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including other persons' GCash wallets or bank accounts — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of the relevant funds.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (playthrough) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. 5.4 Cashback Promotions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, cashback credits issued by jl19 are applied as real-money balance with no additional wagering requirement. Cashback is calculated based on net losses within the stated promotional period and credited at the scheduled time.
